Hudson said the cutest thing the other day. He was looking through those little "catalogs" that come with toys (I think it was a Bob the builder catalog), and kept saying, "And I need one of these, and one of these...for my birthday."
I said "Hudson, these are just material things. You can only be really happy when you're happy on the inside."
He says, "But Dad, I want to be happy on the Outside."
I suppose that's what I get for getting philosophical with my 2.8 year old.
